Dr. Whiteside attended the University of Florida where he completed his undergraduate studies and then went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. He came to the Florida Panhandle shortly after his time at the University of Florida and has been at Wynn Haven Animal Hospital for over 15 years.
 
Dr. Whiteside enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but especially enjoys the surgical side, particularly orthopedic surgery. Dr. Whiteside is a member of the American Veterinary Medial Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association.
 
When not at work you can often find him outdoors, kayaking, gardening, and hiking. He shares his home with 7 cats and his dog Lucy, our mascot, who can often be found at the front desk greeting all the visitors to Wynn Haven Animal Hospital. Dr. Jennings received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Central Florida in 1990. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. Dr. Jennings practiced at several clinics around the United States before moving to the Emerald Coast in 2006. She has been with Wynn Haven Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Jennings enjoys being a general practitioner; it allows her to do a little bit of everything. Every day brings new challenges and she enjoys the unusual and interesting cases that she encounters frequently. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. When she heads home, she continues to be surrounded by animals, including a horse, three cats, and a dog. 
Dr. Russell originally hails from the bluegrass state, but has found his calling in Northwest Florida. He joined the Wynn Haven team in March 2017. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and then graduated from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine. His professional interests are surgery, dentistry, general small animal medicine and exotic pet care. Dr. Russell is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. His hobbies and interests include carpentry, kayaking, aquaria, camping, traveling, and beach activities.
